Founded as a grassroots project in 2019, we have grown into a vibrant community of over 5,500 members across 149 countries. Our mission is to inspire, unite, and empower all women+ in the sector to become strong leaders and changemakers. We achieve this through community-building, career development, events, thought leadership, and a highly successful mentorship program.
We are currently accepting applications for sponsors and partners for 2025 and beyond. Sponsorship helps us keep membership free for all and grow our offerings. As a volunteer-driven organisation, all support directly strengthens and elevates our community.

All sponsors will be promoted as diversity champions on our social media channels, with a combined reach of 40,000 followers.
