  • you signed up for our newsletter or our community platform
  • you applied and were selected for the W+G mentorship programme
  • you wish us to send you a receipt for a donation you made
  • you registered for one of our events

We use the information that you have given us in order to:

  • Add you to our newsletter or community platform
  • Add you to our W+G mentorship programme cohort
  • Provide you an email receipt for your donation

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us by people directly.

How long we keep information

Your information is securely stored. We keep your personal information for the time which you are registered as a member with us. For donations, we need to keep your information for up to 2 years for tax record purposes. For event registrations, we will keep your information for up to 2 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting it.

Who we share information with

We do not share your information with third parties, unless we are legally obliged to share any relevant information.

Sharing information outside the UK

Where necessary, we may transfer personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place. Please contact us for more information.
