Women+ in Geospatial are proud to be the media partner for the GenAI for Geospatial Challenge EMEA, in partnership with Amazon AWS, ThriveGeo, and Lunate AI. We joined over 100 geospatial professionals at the Royal Geographical Society in London on 8 October, with attendees travelling from across the EMEA region to be part of this exciting event.The day kicked off with an innovative Amazon AWS Agentic AI workshop, giving participants hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools for geospatial applications. This was followed by a series of keynote presentations and diverse panel discussions, exploring the latest trends and opportunities in generative AI for the geospatial sector. The event concluded with networking drinks, offering attendees a chance to connect, share ideas, and celebrate the vibrant geospatial community.
